Feature Requests

Hey Lachie, Would love a feature to bulk download timesheets (primarily) and HEC forms. The feature would save a huge amount of time on the admin side, as we currently have to click into each individual timesheet, then the individual PDF etc. Not only is it handy to be able to download all timesheets associated with an order in one PDF document, it also saves time when we invoice for the orders, as we currently have to individually upload each timesheet into the associated invoice on Ariba rather than being able to upload all as a single file.

We require the ability to easily identify plant as "dormant" (example nomenclature). This is for assets that are owned but are not actively managed. By doing so, the asset would be excluded from dashboards and other active management activities. e.g. overdue maintenance and cases. Maybe viewing active and dormant assets in their own tabs, similar to booked/unbooked in the new maintenance module.

Hi guys, it would be helpful if the downloads can be auto named (plant I.D., work order number, service type etc.) instead of the download just being named "report". This would save time when doing multiple downloads and you don't have to get back and rename them as to what they are.

When receiving an operator competency email, the email should include the operators name.

Can I create custom specifications on the plant profile page?

It would be helpful if there was an option to filter the client connection assessment expiry date to either be in ascending or in descending order. This would help us plan ahead if we knew which pieces of plant were going to expire next for a client, such as ARTC or JH Rolling Stock. This is so that we could ensure that we can be ready on time to resubmit the assessment.

We require to add in multiple vehicles to single jobs, this is required because we have multiple trucks over long week/weekend jobs that need to be on turn around with fifferent crews.

An additional column to show which booking pool is assigned to the booking in the supplier feedback report table.
