On Hire Inspection Form Questions Not Pre-populating
Issue:Questions on the On Hire inspection form were not pre-populating as expected.
Fix: We've implemented a fix to ensure that inspection form questions pre-populate correctly.
Maintenance Billing - Add More Seats Doesn't Display Cost
Issue: Users were not able to see the cost when adding more seats in Maintenance Billing.
Fix: The cost for adding more seats in Maintenance Billing is now displayed as expected.
Incorrect Week Numbers for Contracts Timeline Report
Issue: Week numbers were incorrect in the Contracts Timeline report.
Fix: We have corrected the week numbering to accurately reflect the timeline in the Contracts report.
Legend Order Issue for Contracts Timeline Report
Issue: The order of the legend in the Contracts Timeline report was incorrect.

Booking Required Services Fixed - Plant Profile
Implemented a fix where users are prevented from updating plant services if the plant is booked against a booking with those required services. A prompt will now appear to notify users of this restriction.
Non-Connected Operator Checks - Work Log Module
Implemented further checks during the creation of a work log to verify if the operator is connected to the client. If the operator is not connected to the client, a task will be created automatically to notify the client.
Off-Day Booking Checks - Check-In Functionality
Implemented additional checks to prevent operators from checking in during a booking's off-day.

Refinements have been implemented in the operators module to ensure accurate display of plant types that a user is authorized to operate within their profile.

An issue pertaining to maintenance+ and usage parameters has been successfully resolved. Now, if a plant's usage parameters are exceeded, the system will accurately flag the plant accordingly.
Operator Competency Calculation Fixed - Booking Module
Resolved issue with bookings module where required competencies were not correctly being recalculated when a plant was selected.
Custom Views Integration - Projects & Bookings Module
We have extended the functionality of custom views, previously exclusive to the plant module, to now include the projects and bookings modules. This enhancement empowers users to create and filter their own Projects and Bookings module tables.
Filters Enhancements - Projects Module
Multi-Select Option:
Users can now select multiple participants, and the filter will return projects associated with any of the selected participants.
Bookings this Weekend Filter:
This filter enables users to narrow down the table to projects that have bookings scheduled for the upcoming weekend.

Resolved Asset Life Cycle Status Issue - Maintenance Module
Addressed an issue where users encountered difficulties updating a plant's asset life cycle status to "non-operating" (inactive maintenance status).
Enhancement to Asset Life Cycle Status Deletion - Maintenance Module
In the event a user attempts to remove an asset life cycle status associated with a particular piece of plant, they will now be seamlessly redirected to a comprehensive table view showcasing all plants utilizing the respective asset life cycle status.

Resolved issue with the Booking Availability Analysis functionality in the Booking Module. When completing an analysis the system will look for correctly available plant.
Life Cycle Maintenance Fixed - Plant Profile
Users are now restricted from changing the asset status if there are outstanding maintenance tasks or work orders associated with it. This restriction applies specifically to asset statuses that permit the deletion of maintenance plans.
Business Key Document Filter - My Network Module
Implemented a filter for "Business Key Document Issues" so hiring clients can analyse whether a supplier in their network has either missing or expired business key documentation.
Plant Flagged by RCI - Notification Module
Implemented an email notification when a plant is flagged upon completion of a Risk Control Inspection.

Fixed an issue within the Tasks Module where results were inaccurately displayed when utilizing both the filter and quick search functions simultaneously to refine table results.
Date Filter and Quick Search Functions Fixed - Work Logs Module
Fixed an issue within the Work Logs Module where the table was displaying results outside of the filtered date range when combining the date filter with a quick search value.
Quick Search Task Templates Fixed - Configuration Maintenance Module
Resolved an issue with the quick search function in the Task Templates tab of the Configuration Maintenance Module. Now, when using the quick search function, the table results are correctly refined.
Review Downtime Feild- Work Logs Module
Implemented enhancements in the Work Logs Module to include a Required Comment field for the Reviewer when Down Time exceeds 0. Additionally, a sublabel and tooltip have been added for the Down Time field.
Blanket Template Form - Log Maintenance Functionality
Removed the option to select a template when logging maintenance from the plant profile page. Instead, users will now be presented with a blanket template to log maintenance.
Filter & Column Fixes and Adjustments - Projects Module
Fixed the issue in the Projects Module where the 'Next Weekend' filter was not displaying properly. Additionally, added the 'Estimated Hours' column to the bookings table for improved visibility and tracking of project details.
Supplier Filter Fixed - Plant Module
Resolved an issue in the Plant Module where the 'Suppliers' filter incorrectly showed as enabled despite no value being selected.
RCI Submitted Email Improvements - Notification Module
Enhanced the Risk Control Inspection (RCI) Submitted Email Notification in the Notification Module by refining the wording for improved clarity and effectiveness. These improvements ensure that recipients receive informative and concise notifications, enhancing communication regarding the submission of risk control inspections.
RCI Task Overdue Email - Notification Module
Implemented an enhancement in the Notification Module to generate an email notification when a work order has tasks that become overdue, announcing the flagged compliance status.

Resolved the issue with incorrectly overdue maintenance plans in the Maintenance Plan Module. Overdue maintenance plans are now displayed accurately, ensuring that users have correct information regarding maintenance schedules and deadlines.
Check-In Event Details Improved - Booking Module
Implemented improvements to the check-in event details in the Booking Module's view panel, now including additional information such as the user and plant associated with each check-in event.
Rescheduled RCI Due Soon Notification - Notification Module
Adjusted the timing of Risk Control Inspection Due Soon notifications in the Notification Module. This notification type will now be issued out at the start of business hours.
Comments Fix and Improvements - Work Log Module
Resolved issues and implemented improvements in the Comments functionality within the Work Log Module:
- Operator comments in the work log are now displayed correctly.
- Comments are now mandatory for manual work log entries.
Work Order Creation Fixed - Maintenance Plan Module
Successfully resolved the issue with work order creation from maintenance plans in the Maintenance Plan Module.
Downtime Tasks Fixed - Work Log Module
Resolved the issue with downtime tasks in the Work Log Module, ensuring that they are assigned to the appropriate users as intended.
Plant Selection Validation - Check-In Functionality
In the Check-In Functionality, implemented plant selection validation to ensure that operators are required to add plant details with each check-in. This enhancement helps maintain data integrity and accuracy by ensuring that all necessary information is provided during the check-in process.
